Don Corbet
In 2010 Donald L. Corbet , aka TheLinuxGuy (sm) moved from a 22 month role of Solutions Architect at Red Hat, Inc to continue focusing on his relatively long history as an accomplished corporate senior executive and technical expert. Don is now an instructor at Fortis College in Centerville, Ohio focusing on Linux, Unix, and Windows Enterprise platform support and cyber-security training.
For over a decade Mr. Corbet has been noted as one who represents an ideal combination of "suit" and "tech". He serves as a member/proctor of LPI (Linux Professional Institute) and is a certified cyber-forensic specialist, using Linux and Open Source tools . He has received numerous corporate awards for his ground breaking work in customer satisfaction and is a recognized presence and speaker at global Linux events. He has hosted technical radio talk shows, television (broadcast and cable), and a contributing columnist/editor for several computer publications. Mr. Corbet appears in several editions of 'Who's Who' and is the founder of D. L. Corbet & Associates , LLC. He is a past Board Member of The Dayton Microcomputer Association (DMA) and presently serving on the Board of the Florida Linux Alliance Group and Chairman of the Florida Linux Show (2008 - 2010 Jacksonville & Orlando, Florida)
