We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get registration open for you. This year, we’re pleased to be partnering with ShowClix. In addition to being a better experience when registering on our web site, it should make the check in process much smoother at the conference. What does that actually mean? Shorter lines.
We appreciate everyone who selects a paid registration or at least enters a few dollars in Enthusiast. Many people don’t realize that we barely cover expenses and the bulk of the conference expenses are covered by professional training and sponsors. If everyone paid for registration, we’d be able to afford things such as lunch for everyone and wireless among other amenities. This year, we’re not charging the $5.00 fee for our after party.
We’ve also added a few more questions during registration. In the past, we’ve asked these questions after the conference in the survey. The information we collect here helps our sponsors justify supporting Ohio LinuxFest. Be confident that we will only share anonymous information unless you specifically tell us we can share more. This will let us send a simpler survey after the conference this year.
Register before prices increase on September 9 at midnight eastern time. If you don’t register on the web site before 7:00AM on October 7, all prices will increase further for onsite purchases. Enthusiast will be $10.
